This new construction project at Upper Arlington High School showcases a forward-thinking approach to educational facility design.
With a contract value of $9.7 million, the project brought together engineering firm Korda and contractor Ruscilli to deliver critical infrastructure, including power distribution, lighting systems, fire alarm, and advanced technology integration. Located at 1650 Ridgeview Road in Columbus, Ohio, the school was built to meet the evolving needs of students and educators in a modern academic setting. One of the primary challenges was operating under a CM/GC delivery model, which required exceptional coordination among all stakeholders. Through strategic planning and collaboration, the team successfully delivered a cutting-edge learning environment on time and to specification.
