This 18-month, $1.6 million project demanded more than just technical excellence—it required flawless coordination.
Working against the backdrop of an occupied campus, we installed major systems such as a 1600A switchboard, 27 panelboards, 3 transformers, a 20kW generator, and 2 ATS units. The challenge: complete critical renovation phases within a single summer while constructing a seamless addition against a multi-elevation existing structure. Through dedication and detail-driven execution, we delivered dependable electrical infrastructure aligned with the school’s long-term vision.
Greensview Elementary’s transformation was a high-stakes undertaking combining new construction and renovation within a narrow window. With Elford Construction and Korda Nemeth Engineering leading the charge, we took on full electrical responsibilities—service distribution, efficient lighting, dependable power, and modern fire alarm systems—while students and staff remained on-site. The addition required integration across multiple elevations, and the renovation had to be completed over one summer to reopen for fall classes. Our installation included a 1600A switchboard, 27 panelboards, three transformers, a 20kW generator, and two automatic transfer switches—every component installed to meet today’s standards and tomorrow’s needs.
