Kramer Place

Located in Historic Italian Village and within walking distance of Arena District, Short North, Victorian Village and the Wonder Bread Factory, Kramer Place was a design/build venture with Brexton Development and Prater Engineering. This project consisted of the new construction of an 81,298 square foot building that housed a forty-six unit apartment complex and five thousand square feet of office and retail space, as well as a covered parking garage.

SME designed and installed new service, lighting, general power and electrical equipment for two elevator systems within the residential portion of the building. The quality of the residential units and the high-end finishes made the apartment units highly sought after, so much so, that prior to the completion of the project, all forty-six units were leased. The commercial portion of the space was turned over to the owner as a Vanilla Box.
